In just a few short weeks, two of our account managers will be representing CrewTracks at the Utility Expo in Louisville, Kentucky. We are so excited to travel to this event and make new connections, great friendships, and create strong partnerships.

This information can be easily changed in the field, or from the office if needed. This reporting has saved individual customers hundreds of thousands of dollars annually in timecard fraud, which one of the biggest pain points companies come to us about. The custom report created from the data collected can easily be imported into your payroll or accounting systems, saving you hours of time spent on payroll each week.

Productivity and efficiency are top priorities for construction companies. Our production tracking feature helps you identify production bottlenecks. Simply input or import your bid numbers, and your productivity target automatically adjusts according to labor time that has been allocated so far.
In the example below, this crew is almost perfectly on target to hit the numbers in their bid. You can choose whether you grant more visibility into actual bid numbers or simply show percentage complete versus target percentage.


This feature gives foremen a one-glance temperature check in terms of their crew’s performance versus the efficiency required to meet the bid. It is simple to use and very effective. It takes the guessing out of productivity.

Next, our document management feature allows you to upload documents into CrewTracks so they are all in one place and can be filled out on the tablet or phone. Then the office management can see the reports filled out in real time. You can even attach certain documents to certain jobs, so drawings, plans, JSA’s, and other documents are organized under the appropriate job. In other words, the paperwork you used to send with a foreman is replaced by a file upload in the office and mobile access in the field.
